What We Look for in Our Impact Partners
We seek professionals who are passionate, responsible, and dedicated to delivering meaningful change for our clients. Specific qualifications vary by role, but in general we look for the following:

Leadership Development:
- Formal training and accreditation in leadership coaching (e.g., ICF certification).
- Demonstrable experience in executive coaching and leadership development.

Leading Transformations:
- Proven experience leading digital or organizational transformations.
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, APMG, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks and change dynamics in large organizations.

Project Leadership:
- Experience leading complex projects, including cross-functional teams.
- Accreditations such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2.
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Operational EfficiencyĀ
- Expertise in identifying inefficiencies and optimizing business processes.
- Experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive operational improvements.
