Traditional transformation frameworks were designed for an era when organizational change was episodic, linear, and isolated. Modern transformation no longer behaves this way. Organizations now operate inside continuous transformation pressure, overlapping initiatives, AI acceleration, workforce fragmentation, cognitive overload, and relentless operational adaptation. Most transformation systems still assume that human adaptability capacity is effectively infinite.

Organizations do not fail transformation because humans resist. They fail because biological, emotional, cognitive, and relational capacity were treated as infinite operational resources. TRSI is grounded in the principle that transformation sustainability cannot be separated from human biological reality.
Neurological Reality
