Lead
I am ready to give back.This is where a profession becomes self-sustaining. In the Lead pathway, experienced practitioners step into the role of steward, helping others grow, contributing to the evolution of the field, and shaping what human-centered practice becomes. Almost nobody in this space builds this layer. We think it is the most important one.
